Advanced Design 10 - Pencil


Draw on the lines as illustrated in the diagram with a pencil. Draw these lines very lightly, and they will not show up in the final design.


Front (1): Divide the egg into eighths, as shown.

Front (2): Draw the double lines parallel to the main horizontal and vertical dividing lines, as shown.


Front (3): Draw the star on both sides, and the top and bottom of the egg, as shown. Where the stars meet up, draw parallel lines to create diamonds.

Front (4): Within the diamonds, draw stars, as shown. Next, draw the curl lines in the four blank areas, as shown. Finally, divide each section of the main large star into 4 equal-sized pieces. If done correctly, you should be able to see a smaller star within the larger one.

When you have drawn all the lines in pencil that you wish to, go ahead to White.
