- the Horechuk family recipe for sauerkraut.

• babka
- another special Easter-time bread.

• beets with horseradish
- a traditional Easter accompanyment

• borscht
- the famous beet soup.

• cabbage and kielbasa soup
- two Ukrainian favorites in one soup

• holubtsi (cabbage rolls)
- my Mom's famous (at least around here!) recipe.

• kartoplyanka (potato soup)
- a country style potato soup

• krupnyk (barley soup)
- a hearty barley soup

• khrustyky
- "Sweet Nothings", a nice desert.

• paska
- the special decorated bread Ukrainians make at Easter.

• patychky
- holiday and special occasion recipe for "meat on a stick" - one of my top 5 favorites!

• pickled eggs
- my Uncle Steve's recipe

• pidpenyok - mushrooms with sour cream
- a popular recipe for mushrooms

• Ann's pidpenky - mushrooms
